Graham has been selling from the honesty box since October last year and consistently sell between 5 and 10 loaves every Saturday. Since last month he has also been selling up to 8 loaves to Ginhaus Deli in Llandeilo, and I’ve recently been listed on the Black Mountain Food Hub for Saturday collection in Llansadwrn.
He has started looking at scaling up, understanding what new equipment he might need (not least a bigger oven). So he has created a survey to help him understand what demand there might be in the local area for real bread made from scratch in Llansadwrn.
